we stayed 2 nights here, nonetheless it was an enjoyable experience. all the facilities were really good, and if you need there's free parking nearby.

We had a really great stay in Montrose adjacent to Montrose Basin, the fabulous Montrose beach and town centre. The apartment was good sized. Everything was simply really good. We could walk to The Coffee House in 5 minutes...

We could occasionally hear the child in the upstairs flat in the early mornings, which disrupted our sleep a bit. the outside bin was full when we left, making it difficult for us to dispose of our waste.

Some guests mentioned noise from the neighbors in the top flat, which could be a bit disruptive during the evenings.
